Evelyn A. Clyde

Evelyn Clyde, passed away on Thursday April 23, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer, while surrounded by family members at Mt.Saint Mary's Hospital. Evelyn was the devoted wife of James F. Clyde, mother of Angela,Todd and Adam and known by all nephews and nieces as their favorite" Aunt Evie." Evelyn was known for her wit and humor and a laugh that would brighten up anyone's day,also known as the worlds most avid collector of bad horror movies with whom she would gladly share with anyone that had the capability of viewing such movies. Evelyn also was an avid gardener and always seemed to plant to much only to the neighbors delight. She loved working with the elderly and comforting their needs,reading romance novels and spending time with her beloved dogs.She will be missed by the many that knew her. She is survived by her mother and step father, Viola and Bill Vosburg, Kenneth (Margaret) Mahon, Sandra O'dell and Dorothy (Brian) General as well as many nieces and nephews and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her father, John Mahon, brother, John E. Mahon and sister, Sherrie Mahon.
