Bruce James Bennett, 65, passed away suddenly Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016. His fiancé Terry Blue, her sister Lynda Burey and his dear friend Ken Walczak were by his side. Bruce was born July 10, 1951 and was a life-long resident of the Clarence/Niagara Falls area. Bruce graduated from Clarence Central High School in 1969. He spent his career in the architectural hardware business, most recently as Operations Manager at Door Specialties, Tonawanda. Bruce is survived by his mother, Dorothy Bennett, brother Douglas Bennett of Woodinville WA, nephews Thomas and James Bennett, his sister Nancy Pacheco, nephew Ian Dolph and niece Christina Childs and Terry's son Justin Blue. Bruce is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Miles Bennett.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 27th at The Bakery Restaurant & Lounge 3004 Niagara St. Niagara Falls, NY beginning at 4pm. Random acts of kindness are preferred in lieu of flowers.
